At Penda Kids Store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Uganda through our platform KidShop.ug. We provide efficient delivery services Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays, offering same-day delivery in Kampala and a maximum of two days for distant areas.

Orders above UGX 125,000 qualify for free delivery within Kampala.
For orders below UGX 125,000, a flat delivery fee of 5,000 will be applied. For Orders Outside Kampala, Check information below.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day, excluding public holidays.

We deliver countrywide across Uganda.

Pick-up Option
Customers can opt for a free in-store pick-up at Penda Kids store.

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, eligible returns will receive store credit for the full purchase amount.
We offer exchanges for items that require a different size, color, or product variant. However, we do not provide cash refunds. If your requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

Store credit is processed within five (5) days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified once your return has been processed.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At Penda Kids Store, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience on KidShop.ug. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process.
Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging with tags and seals intact. The item must include all parts and accessories.
Returns are accepted if you received the wrong item, size, color, or model, a product that is broken, defective, or missing parts, an item that appears fake or inauthentic, or a product that was damaged during delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for personal care products, undergarments, hygiene-related items, food and beverage products, customized or personalized products, or items that were damaged after delivery or used improperly.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or WhatsApp at 0764850913 or email at [email protected]. The item must be returned to our store within seven working days, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Returns are accepted in-store, and no restocking fees apply. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage. KidShop.ug is not responsible for lost or damaged returns due to improper packaging.
