 At Penda Kids Store, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience on KidShop.ug. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within seven days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact, and include all parts and accessories.

Returns are accepted in cases where the wrong item, size, color, or model was received, the product is defective, damaged, or missing parts, the item appears inauthentic, or the product was damaged during delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include personal care products, undergarments, hygiene-related items, food and beverage products, customized or personalized items, and products that have been damaged after delivery or used improperly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or WhatsApp at 0764850913 or email at [email protected]. The item must be returned to our store within seven working days, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Returns are accepted in-store, and no restocking fees apply. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges are available for items requiring a different size, color, or product variant. Cash refunds are not provided; instead, eligible returns will receive store credit. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the full amount.

Refund Processing Time

Store credit is processed within five days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Packaging Guidelines

All returned items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Penda Kids Store is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging.
